I offer holistic psychotherapy in NYC and online. Together, we will determine which therapeutic modalities best suit you and your unique needs. For example, if you're interested in skills based work or mindfulness, we can incorporate elements of DBT. If you prefer somatic therapy, we can incorporate AEDP. If you're looking to process trauma and are not as interested in traditional talk therapy, we can incorporate EMDR.
And if you're not quite sure of what you're looking for, that's perfectly okay too -- we can explore the options together and adjust as needed.​ At the end of the day, my goal is to show up as my authentic self and to individualize our work together to suit you and your unique needs.
