EMDR Therapy in NYC, Brooklyn, and online
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced-based, somatic treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, and more

Whether it was something that happened a long time ago or something more recent, traumatic events can impact all areas of life—from sleep and work to relationships and overall well-being. The effects can be profound, leading to feelings of anxiety, sadness, or disconnection. I'm here to help you navigate these challenges.
I’m trained in EMDR therapy, which is an evidence-based treatment for trauma. EMDR helps individuals to process distressing memories and reduce their emotional charge, allowing for a more adaptive and integrated response to past experiences. Together we can work to identify and process the root causes of your distress, enabling you to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
If you’re ready to take this step, I’m here to support you on your journey towards healing and wholeness. I offer EMDR therapy in NYC, Brooklyn, and virtually to anyone located in New York state.
